Bellevue

Luke Collin, PT, DPT, IDN, MDT, SFMA, Outpatient Therapy Coordinator

Luke graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Athletic Training. He went on to earn his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Iowa in 2007. Luke has completed several continuing education courses to further his skills in the assessment and treatment of a wide variety of orthopedic complications. Along with being McKenzie certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy (MDT), he has earned certifications in Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) and Dry Needling. Luke’s clinical experience includes pre and postoperative care, musculoskeletal pain, work hardening and postural/body mechanics education.

Luke and his wife, Katie, enjoy spending most of their time with their three daughters. They like attending and participating in sporting events, swimming, being outdoors and spending time with their families. 

Jenifer Johnson, PT, DPT

Jenifer received her bachelors degree from Morning side College in 2005 and her doctorate of physical therapy degree (DPT) from the University of Nebraska Medical Center in 2009.  She specializes in treating various patient populations including those with orthopedic and neurological diagnoses.  In addition, she has extensive post-graduate training to treat women’s health conditions such as incontinence, pelvic floor dysfunction, and osteoporosis. 

Jenifer and her husband, Chris, have two children and spend a lot of time watching and playing soccer, camping, and cheering on the Huskers! 

Sarah Blomenkamp, PT, DPT

Sarah attended Creighton University as an Exercise Science Major. She graduated with honors from University of Nebraska Medical Center with her Masters of Physical Therapy Degree in 2002 and with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy Degree in 2005.  She is certified through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) as a Certified Exercise Expert in the Aging Adult (CEEAA) as well as a Geriatric Certified Specialist (GCS). She is also certified as a LSVT BIG therapist for the treatment of persons with Parkinson’s Disease. 

Sarah and her husband Matt have two children, Isaac and Ally as well as a dachshund named Lucy. Sarah and her family enjoy watching and attending sporting events, spending time with family and friends and have a great appreciation for all types of music.

Loretta Zechmann, PTA

Loretta attended Iowa State University, earning her bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science in 1995, and graduating with honors from the Physical Therapist Assistant program at Northeast Community College in 1999.  Loretta has more than twenty years of experience in the therapy field working in a variety of settings including outpatient, aquatics, home health, skilled nursing , long term care and memory support. 

Loretta and her husband Al have two children, Eli and Emma and enjoy spending time with their large extended families.  Loretta also enjoys spending time with friends, long walks, reading and antiquing.

Kathy Ramaekers, OTR/L, CHT

Kathy graduated from Creighton University in 1992 with a degree in Occupational Therapy. She has worked in the in-patient and outpatient settings throughout her career and is passionate about helping her clients to achieve their goals and go on to live functional, independent lives. Kathy loves to learn new techniques to pass on to her clients and has completed certifications in lymphedema management in 2005, hand therapy in 2008 and LSVT BIG program in 2015 for treatment of clients with Parkinson’s Disease.

Kathy and her husband live in Omaha and enjoy spending time with family, going on bike rides, kayaking, scuba diving and just hanging out!

Amber Detter, MS, CCC-SLP

Amber earned her undergraduate degree in speech-language pathology and audiology from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln in 2013 and her graduate degree from University of Nebraska at Lincoln in speech-language pathology in 2015. She has practiced at Innovate since 2018. Her certifications include Vitalstim for the treatment of swallowing and LSVT LOUD for the treatment of voice.

Amber is originally from Beatrice, Nebraska and currently lives in Bellevue. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends, photography, traveling and spoiling her Sheltie mix.

Omaha – Chalco Hills

Ethan Hunke, PT, DPT, ATC

Ethan graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University in 2011 with a Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training. He then earned his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from A.T. Still University in 2016. Ethan is certified in dry needling, blood flow restriction (BFR) and functional capacity examination (FCE). He is also a MACI procedure trained provider. Ethan’s clinical experience includes treating patients of all ages for conditions related to orthopedics, accelerated sports rehabilitation and movement dysfunction. He has completed additional clinical training for therapeutic cupping, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), work hardening/conditioning and Anti-Gravity (AlterG) treadmill rehab implementation. Outside of the clinic, Ethan enjoys spending time with his wife, three kids and dog, along with working on home improvement projects.
